kimba
To create a Virtual Wiring system, one uses the Scripts and Wires pages to build the system. Instead, it's possible one could just create a schematic. Would schematic entry be of interest? If yes, whose schematic tool would be the best choice? A while ago, we used the gEDA tool gschem. It's open source, and its netlist output is clear and easy to understand. It's also a rather complex piece of software, as the tool has been around for a long time and has had many updates and fixes. It might be hard to support, particularly if we had to make changes to it. Are there other schematic entry tools which would be of interest and adaptable for this purpose?
